Thermocouple application is a concrete temperature measurement and monitoring service for mass concrete (continuous casting above 1000m3). Casting of mass concrete has the potential to cause several problems; heat trapped in the concrete structure that cannot be released quickly, and the large temperature difference between the center and surface parts of the concrete. The extreme temperature difference during the curing process can cause cracks in the concrete structure.

We offer a thermocouple application service to measure, monitor, and comprehensively report the temperature at the base, center and surface of concrete periodically until the concrete reaches a stable temperature.
