Ultrachem Ultramix UW

Ultrachem Ultramix UW is a concrete additive for casting in water. After this material is added to the concrete, it will produce a gel in the water phase that surrounds the cement particles and other fine components of the concrete mixture. This material contains a plasticizer that will allow the normal workability level to be maintained without the addition of extra water.

SUPERIORITY

  • Increases the strong adhesion of cement paste to aggregate.
  • Increases cohesion in cement paste.
  • Reduces 'wash-out' in cement paste.
  • Chloride free so it prevents rust on steel or reinforcement.
