Thermocouple Application

Thermocouple application is a service for measuring and monitoring concrete temperature in mass concrete (continuous casting above 1000m3). Mass concrete casting has the potential to cause several problems; heat trapped in the concrete structure that cannot be released quickly, and a large temperature difference in the center of the concrete and the surface of the concrete. The large temperature difference during the curing process can cause cracks in the concrete structure.

We offer thermocouple services to measure, monitor, and report clearly and comprehensively the temperature at the base, middle, and surface of the concrete periodically until the concrete reaches a stable temperature.
