Ultrachem® Grout CB70 是一款特制水泥砂浆（水泥＋砂），具有无收缩、流动性好、抗压强度较高的特点。专为填充固定空腔而设计，例如关键设备底座板下方、混凝土结构孔洞、桥梁支座垫板下方、预制混凝土构件、钢柱柱脚下方缝隙、预应力混凝土梁、地脚锚栓的灌浆，以及柱、墙等竖向混凝土构件的蜂窝修补。
