Ultrachem Grout EI 101 HS

Ultracheme Grout El 101 HS is a 2 component (solvent free) liquid that when mixed will dry and harden, used to fill cavities ranging from fairly fine cavities (cracks in concrete) to fairly large cavities (maximum 5 mm) between the base concrete and other materials such as steel, machine plates, and others. For cavities larger than 5 mm, use Ultrachem Grout EM230.

SUPERIORITY

  • Very high initial and ultimate compressive strength ensures high safety.
  • High tensile strength and flexural strength are able to dampen vibrations and movements of the components it binds.
  • Very good adhesion.
  • Flows well in narrow gaps.
  • Fairly good chemical resistance (full cure).
  • No shrinkage and stable for long term.
